We want to get to know our partners as well as they get to know us, and this requires an initial evaluation process for all parties involved. ITEMS NEEDED FOR APPROVAL:

  • Business Plan
  • Market Analysis
  • Resume
  • Personal Financial Statement
  • 2 yrs recent taxes returns
  • Buy/Sell Agreement (if purchasing an existing franchise)

CORPORATE DOCUMENTS:

If a franchise will be in the name of a corporation or limited liability company, the following information is required:

  • Articles of Incorporation/Organization
  • Bylaws or Operating Agreement
  • Organizational minutes showing stockholders/members
  • Resolution authorizing the placement of the franchise in the company name
  • Federal ID Number of the company
  • Percent ownership of the company and each of the stock-holders/members in the franchise
